Shipping policy

All physical product orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. Loyal is not responsible for delays caused by increased order volume.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or service disruptions.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within United States.
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers selected at our discretion.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.


International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any other charges imposed by their local government

Loyal is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional fees caused by customs authorities.


Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Weather events

  • Acts of God or events beyond our control

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Loyal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Loyal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.

Purchases made for any $1 down or similar promotional offer do not include shipping and do not involve the shipment of any physical product.

Any products associated with a Kickstarter campaign are fulfilled through the Kickstarter platform and are subject to Kickstarter’s fulfillment timelines, shipping policies, and risks. Loyal does not control Kickstarter shipping schedules or delivery outcomes.
